Folding doors – a convenient choice for small spaces
Small spaces or premises that are difficult to arrange can be quite a challenge, particularly if you have to somehow fit in a regular door leaf. That is why the proposal of INVADO in such cases is to use interior folding doors.
Folding doors combine the functionality of conventional interior doors with a great look, and, most importantly, they take up less space.
How does this work?
Interior folding doors “fold” in the middle. Every such leaf is symmetrically split in half. Both parts of the door have a single rebate along the vertical edge. The two halves are connected with spring hinges to hold the leaf in the closed position.
Where to use them?
Interior folding doors of INVADO require significantly less space to open than their conventional counterparts. This means that they will be an excellent choice for small spaces, and you can use folding doors to, for instance, section off a practical wardrobe in your room or a pantry in your kitchen.
Technical know-how
Both halves of the folding leaf are made of MDF or glued-laminated coniferous wood blanks. They are covered with a veneer made of HDF. The frame, in turn, is filled with “honeycomb” paper. Interior folding doors are available in the width of “60” to “90”.
